WE SERVICE ALL TYPES OF WASTEWATER SYSTEMS & RAINWATER TANKS!

PBE offers a 24/7 service for all types of wastewater systems and rainwater tanks. We service every system including Septech, Envirocycle, Envirotech and our own brand - BioTreat. We have fully qualified and trained service technicians that have plenty of experience in dealing with many types of sewage systems.

To ensure that sewage treatment plants perform to the high standards set by the regulating bodies, a regular program of quarterly maintenance visits (for most sewage systems) is mandatory. Failure to have the stipulated servicing carried out could result in a breach of public health legislation and subsequent legal proceedings by the relevant authority.

If you have purchased a sewage system from us, the first 12 months' servicing is included in your purchase where the first service starts at commissioning. After this, local authorities insist that you have a current Maintenance Contract on your system at all times. There is no need to ring up for normal quarterly service as it is all controlled by the company's central computer.

You will receive a Service Contract Renewal from PBE after the fourth service in any 12 month period. Please follow the instructions to ensure your Contract does not lapse.

You may wish to download and complete our Service Contract Renewal and post it to us should you also wish for us to service your sewage system if we havent done so previously.

Each maintenance service includes a full inspection/check of the system, with special attention to the following points:

  • - Changing of the system componentry, if necessary,
  • - Water quality tests
  • - Adjustments to the air system, if necessary
  • - Monitoring and maintaining the balance of the purifiers
  • - Replenishing supply of chlorine tablets
  • - Servicing and maintenance check of the blower, irrigation pump and electrical system
  • - Detailed reports supplied to system owner and a copy is also forwarded to the local Council/Authority.

 


To ensure your BioTreat system operates at peak performance:

DO's

  • - Power should remain on to the system at all times
  • - When purchasing household cleaning products, check that the product is either biodegradable or safe to use in a package treatment plant and septic tank.
  • - Spread your washing loads over the week.
  • - Wherever possible, use phosphate-free detergents, as they are less harmful to the environment.

DONT's

  • - Never use more of any cleaning products than what is stated by the manufacturer
  • - Avoid the use of strong caustic acid or chemical detergents as they are harmful to natural biological processes.
  • - Do not put newspapers, sanitary napkins, tampons or condoms into the system.
